Granger Carriage Museum seeking exhibitors for May 17 “Carriage Show and Tell” event 

May is National Carriage Month, declared by the Carriage Association of America. In recognition and celebration, the Granger Homestead and Carriage Museum is hosting a Carriage Show on May 17, 2008 from 10am to 4pm. This event is similar to an auto show and will feature and display antique horse drawn vehicles on the grounds of the historic mansion, 295 N. Main St., Canandaigua. The committee is seeking 20 and 21 century vehicles, including restored, in their original state and drivable. Entries may be antique or reproduction, carriages, sleighs, hearses, fire wagons, commercial or privately owned, and available for display on the day of the event. 

Entry is free and exhibitors will receive a “Thank You for Participating” gift.  Exhibition requires pre-registration by contacting the Granger Homestead and Carriage Museum, 295 N. Main Street or by calling: (585)394-1472 or by e-mail: info@grangerhomestead.org

 Exhibitors are required to take part in the event by being on site to present their entry to the viewing public.
